Project Overview

Lakeview Loft is a meticulously designed residential project that combines modern interior aesthetics with the natural beauty of a seasonal lake view. The primary challenge of this project was to maximize the view from the loft-style master bedroom, located at the highest point of the house, while maintaining spatial harmony and functionality throughout all levels.

Master Bedroom and Loft Design

To fulfill the client’s vision, the master bedroom was designed as a loft space, with the sleeping and resting area on the upper level and a living room and walk-in closet on the lower level. This design not only creates a palatial sense of openness but also integrates a private terrace overlooking the lake, allowing residents to enjoy seasonal landscapes from a serene vantage point.

Interior Spaces and Natural Lighting

Large, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and bedroom areas allow abundant natural light, creating warm and inviting interiors while visually connecting indoor spaces to the surrounding environment. This open and airy layout delivers a comfortable, elegant, and luxurious residential experience.

Exterior Design and Material Selection

Considering the warm and dry climate of the region, the exterior was designed with a blend of stone and brick materials, providing both durability and aesthetic appeal. This material choice ensures environmental responsiveness while enhancing the modern and timeless character of the building.
