The Corinthian Residence – Luxury Classical Architecture in Khonj, South of Fars
The Corinthian Residence stands as a refined expression of luxury, permanence, and architectural authority.
The client envisioned a home that transcends time — a residence that embodies both dignity and timeless grandeur.
Architectural Vision
Designed and executed by Ali Ebrahimi, this project was conceived with a singular purpose:
to create a spatial composition where proportion, light, materiality, and hierarchy converge to communicate a sense of eternal elegance and balance.
Architectural Strategy
- A monumental entrance framed by Corinthian columns, symbolizing power and classical harmony.
- Deep cornices and layered ornaments that create shadow, rhythm, and architectural richness.
- A sculptural double staircase leading visitors toward the main threshold with ceremonial grace.
- A rotunda pavilion functioning as an outdoor ceremonial space — blending geometry, proportion, and light.
- A formal garden defined by vertical rhythms, stone planters, and controlled symmetry — reinforcing the classical order.
Every architectural gesture — from the curvature of the balustrades to the depth of the arch profiles — was meticulously crafted
to achieve a refined expression of classical discipline and spatial harmony.
Day & Night Experience
By day, the residence reveals its geometry through clear proportions, shadow play, and material texture.
By night, a warm 2700K lighting strategy highlights the columns, façades, and landscaped edges — transforming the structure into an illuminated silhouette of classical poetry.
Design Intent
The ambition was never to simply create a “luxury villa.”
The true intent was to design an emotional architectural experience — a residence where:
- Scale enhances presence,
- Light shapes emotion,
- and architecture becomes an expression of identity.
